摘要
采用琼脂糖凝胶电泳方法对南京地区120名随机献血员红细胞酸性磷酸酶(EAP)表型进行检测,其基因频率分别是EAP^a=0.2208;EAP^b=0.7792。同时对其血痕EAP进行检测,在室温25℃1周、4℃3周血痕、4℃1个月静脉不抗凝血及3周内红细胞溶血液均能正确判定表型。本组研究资料对南京亲权鉴定开展及群体遗传学有一定价值,其详细机理尚有待进一步研究。
The phonotyping of EAP of blood from 120 random donors in Nanjing areawis p(?)ormed by agarose gel electrophoresis.Gene frequencies were found that EAPa=0.2208,EAPb=0.7792. It could be phenotyped correctly using hemolysates kept at 4℃ for 3 weeksand bloodstains kept at 25℃ for 1 week, kept at 4℃ for 3 weeks. The racial differences inEAp gene frequencies were compared. These results suggest that this method is valualer in theidentification disputed paternity and population genetics. Further studies are necessary toelucidate its mechanism.
