摘要
采用同步、异步、同步与异步组合等多种轧制方法 ,将 0 .30 mm厚的取向硅钢带 (工业成品 )冷轧到 0 .10 mm以下 ,在纯氢气炉中进行再结晶退火。研究了不同轧制方式对硅钢薄带磁性能的影响规律。结果表明 :异步轧制可有效地减少轧制道次 。
The commercial grain oriented silicon steel 0.30 mm thick was cold rolled to thinner than 0.10 mm by different rolling methods respectively, then annealed in a pure hydrogen atmosphere furnace. The influence of the rolling method on the magnetic properties of thin silicon steel sheets was investigated. The results indicated that the asynchronous rolling is effective to decrease rolling passes and improve the rolled texture and magnetic properties of thin silicon steel sheets.
