摘要
采用 (Al Fe2 O3) +(Al CuO) +SiO2 复合铝热体系 ,自蔓延 -离心法制备了无压裂纹陶瓷内衬钢管。Al CuO作为助燃剂 ,可提高燃烧速度和燃烧温度并减少陶瓷中FeAl2 O4 的含量。SiO2 添加剂有助于玻璃相的形成。分析了陶瓷压裂纹产生的原因 ,采用适当的工艺措施避免了压裂纹的形成。复合管的中间金属层由α相 (Cu在α Fe中固溶体 )和Cu相组成。陶瓷层由α Al2 O3 和基体玻璃相组成 ,孔隙度为 4%
Ceramic lined steel pipe without compression crack was made by SHS centrifugal process with Al Fe 2O 3+Al CuO+SiO 2 composite system.Al CuO acted as combustionsupporting agent can increase combustion rate and combustion temperature,and decrease the FeAl 2O 4 content of ceramics.SiO 2 additive can conduce to the formation of glass phase.The cause of compression crack formation in ceramic layer was analysed.The results show that compression crack can be avoided by proper processes.The intermediate metallic layer consisted of α phase(the solid solution of Cu in α Fe)and Cu phase.The porosity of ceramic layer consisted of α Al 2O 3 and glass phase is about 4%.
