摘要
采用自蔓延高温合成方法制备Ni Zn软磁铁氧体粉体 ,用XRD、TEM、VSM等对粉体的微观结构、相组成和磁性能进行表征。研究结果表明 ,在 10 0 0℃下燃烧可以得到理想的Ni Zn铁氧体粉体。用SHS方法可以取代传统铁氧体工艺中的预烧环节 。
Ni-Zn ferrite powders were synthesized by self-propagating high temperature synthesis method. The microstructure, phase composition and magnetic properties of the powders were characterized by XRD, TEM and VSM. The ideal Ni-Zn ferrite powders can be obtained at 1000°C. The results show that SHS method can substitute the presintering of conventional process and be used in the industrial manufacturing.
