摘要
以粉末冶金产品从动齿轮去毛刺为例 ,根据机械盘刷式去毛刺方式的特点 ,利用有限元分析方法 ,对产品毛刺建立分析模型和载荷模型 ,确定边界条件 。
The deburring mechanism of P/M product was researched using finite element analysis moded. Driven gears, the typical P/M part was taken as an example. The optimal deburring angle was gotten by establishing analysis model, defining boundary conditions and data calculation.
