Surgical Treatment of Angioma of the Facial Soft Tissue: Report of 138 Cases

报道面部软组织血管瘤138例外科治疗情况。根据面部各区的特点、血管瘤的分型、术前非手术的治疗情况及手术方式、结果、病检结果,分析了面部各组织器官的特点同手术中注意要点、手术方式和结果的关系。讨论了面部血管瘤的手术时间,非手术疗法,手术治疗方案的制订,手术中切除肿瘤的范围及术中出血问题的处理。

We analysed tbe characteritics of facial tissues and organs, the mainpoits during the operative procedures and the correlations between the operative methodsand results according to the special features of all regions of the face, the types ofangioma, the states of pre-operative treatment, surgical methods, results and pathologicalresults. The operativc time of facial angioma, non-opertive treatment, the schedule ofoperative treatment, resection range of tumor and dealing with the problem about bleedingduring operation are also discussed.
