摘要
根据跟腱的组织学资料,在统计物理学的正则系综一维链模型基础上建立了跟腱张力表式,该式表明,细胞间基质与胶原分子的相互作用对跟腱张力有重要影响。因此,我们提出胶原分子能量耗散的概念,解释了跟腱断裂的物理机制,并与临床上关于跟腱断裂病因的讨论在间接创伤和血供等问题上取得了一致。
We established a formula of the tensile strength of the Achilles tendonon the basis of the histological material and the one-dimensional chain model of canonicalassemblage of statistical physics. The formula showed that the interaction betweenintercellular matrix and tropocollagen was important on the tensile strength of the tendon.It is suggested that the conception of the energy dissipation of tropocollagen interpretsthe physical mechanism of the tendon rupture, corresponds with the clinical discussionof the causative agents, such as a given indirect violence or a shortage of blood supply
