紫露草微核技术检测合成洗涤剂的致突变性

摘要 本文应用紫露草微核技术检测合成洗涤剂的致突变性。结果发现,接触0.5%、1.0%和2.0%洗衣粉溶液6小时,紫露草微核率比对照组明显增高。洗衣粉接触浓度与紫露草微核率呈极显著正相关。结果提示,洗衣粉对生物体细胞拟有遗传毒性。 This paper reports a study on synthetic detergent mutagenicity by tradescantiamicronucleus test. Significant increse in tradescantia micronucleus rates was observed afterexposure of tradescantia to 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% detergent solution respectively for 6hours. Positive correlation was shown between detergent concentration and tradescantiamicronucleus rates. These results suggest that synthetic detergent is inherently toxic to cellsof biological body.
