摘要
前列腺素E_2(下简称PGE_2)与免疫密切相关,至今尚未有关于PGE_2与扁桃体免疫功能方面的报道。本文通过对14例病变扁桃体标本中淋巴细胞增殖指数的测定,并同时检测了相应标本中PGE_2的含量,探讨了PGE_2在扁桃体免疫功能中的作用。结果提示:PGF_2含量与淋巴细胞增殖指数呈负相关,PGE_2在扁桃体组织中起着双重调节作用,对后者正常生理功能十分重要。
Prostaglandin E_2 is closely related to immunity. However few data are found in literature regarding the relationship between PGE2 and tonsillar immunity. This article reports a study on the role played by PGE_2 in the immunity of tonsils by measuring the quantity of PGE_2 and the proliferation of lymphocytes in 14 cases of diseased tonsils' samples. The result suggests that there is a negative correlation between the level of PGF_2 and the proliferation of tonsillar lymphocytes. It is possible that PGE_2 play the double regulation in tonsils and is very important for their function.
