摘要
对29名家族性高胆固醇血症患者和正常人的研究表明:前者红细胞膜ATP酶活性较后者显著降低,并且与血浆总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇水平以及淋巴细胞LDL受体功能的降低呈高度负相关;Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性与血浆高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇水平呈正相关。这些变化的研究,对于进一步探讨动脉粥样硬化的发生机制及其防治可能具有重要意义。
To study the effect of plasma lipids on ATPase activities in erythrocytemembrane, plasma TC, LDL-Ch and HDL-Ch contents and LDL receptor function and ATPaseactivities were examined in 13 familial hypercholesterolemic (FH) patients and 16control subjects. Na^+-K^+-and Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase activities were reduced in thesepatients. Negative correlations were shown between two ATPase activities and plasmaTC and LDL-Ch levels and decrease of lymphocytic LDL receptor function, but positivecorrelation was shown in Ca^(2+)-Mg_(2+)-ATPase activity and plasma HDL-Ch level in allsubjects. These results may have importance in the elucidation of the mechanism of thedisease as well as in prevention and cure of atherosclerosis.
