安徽省小麦品质区划的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Classifying Wheat Quality Regions in Anhui Province

决定小麦品质区城性差异的重要环境因子可能包括小麦生育后期的气候条件、土壤条件等。通过分析这些因素的南北变化规律 ,初步将安徽划分成 2个品质区域 ,即淮北的中筋、强筋小麦产区和淮南的中筋。

The important factors inluencing wheat quality include climate factors,soil fertility,and so on.According to difference of these factors,wheat production area of Ahnui province is divided into two regions,i.e.,semi- hard and hard wheat region,and semi- hard and soft wheat region in Huainan.
