摘要
本文介绍单片机在运算放大器测试系统中的应用。由于采用了单片机,测试系统得以智能化,且灵活性大,可自动测试集成运算放大器的失调电压、失调电流、共模抑制比和开环增益等主要参数。还可用于单运算放大器、双运算放大器和四运算放大器的测试。整个系统结构简单,测试方便、快速。
This paper introduces the application of single chip microprocessor in the operational amplifier (OP) measuring system. As a,result of adopting single chip microprocessor, the measuring system can be an intelligent system and has a great flexiibility. It can test the main parameters (the offset voltage, offest current, common mode rejection ratio and open loop gain etc.) of IC operational amplifier automatically and can be also used to test single OP, twin OP and four OP. The architecture of the whole system is simple, convenient to test and the test is rapid.
