Stock Share Distribution and Capital Evaluation in the Reform of College Enterprises

本文试图探讨在高校企业的改制过程中 ,就特定企业群的特性 ,利用股权设置与资产评估及其相关技法 ,处理高校企业改制过程中常见的几个问题 ,以期高校企业改制兼顾国家、集体、个人三者的利益关系 ,从而利于调动经营者的积极性。

The article tries to study how to deal with several universal problems such as techniques of stock share distribution and capital evaluation concerning with the characteristics of college enterprises in the process of reformation, so as to balance the interests among the state, enterprises and individuals, arouse the enthusiasm of the managers and benefit the development of college enterprises as well.
