摘要
本文在剖析科技档案与科技资料共同属性的基础上提出了二者之间具有的资源互补、相互作用的内涵与功能 。
This paper gives an overview of connotation and function of complement and interaction between scientific and technical archives and materials on the basis of their common features, and thus the author further probes into the comprehensive effect of transferring scientific and technical archives and materials into productive force.
