摘要
本文试图对政府部门接待来访的咨询工作者的素质与一般公务员在共性及个性方面作些研究 ,并对其知识结构模式也作了相应的探讨。
This paper tries to make a study on general and specific character of the qualities of the advisory workers of reception in government departments with ordinary public servants, and discusses their knowledge structure as well.
