New Relationship of a Couple in the New Century --On "Decision on Revising Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China

与 1 98 1年婚姻法相比 ,今年修改后的婚姻法体系更加科学 ,内容更加充实。本文试就其中的若干主要问题作一探讨和评价。

Compared with the 1981's Marriage Law, the 2001's revised marriage law system is more scientific with more substantial contents. This article tries to discuss and evaluate some main problems about it.
