摘要
文章以邓小平理论和江泽民“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,重点论述了人才培养是大学的基本职能、科学研究是大学的重要使命、社会服务功能是衡量大学价值的重要尺度等问题 ;结合新建的曲靖师范学院的办学实际 ,对学院的办学指导思想、学校定位、发展目标、办学模式、师资队伍建设及实现目标任务的主要措施等问题作了进一步阐述 。
In this paper the author first points out that training talented people is the college's basic function,scientific research is its fundamental task,and social service is the major yardstick of its value Then the author discusses some key issues related to the running of Qujing Teachers College:Guiding ideology,Orientation,Objective,Model and Teacher training Finally,the author presents several important measures adopted to promote the development of the college
