摘要 本文将分段线性建模应用于非线性电路的自检测故障诊断,所得到的方法具有诊断速度快、精度高、收敛性好和可靠等特点。在此基础上,本文提出一种新的数模混合电路的故障诊断方法——组合迭代法,克服了数模混合电路在统一建模上的困难。足够多的算例证明,本文提出的方法是有效和可靠的。 Piccewise-lincar modeling is used for Sclfesting algorithm in fault diagnosis of the nonlinear circuits and the resulting method has many advantages, such as fast diagnosis velocity, high precision, good convergence and reliability. Based on it, a new fault diagnosis meth. od——combinatorial iteration algorithm is presented for analog-digital circuits. It over. comes the difficulty of unitary modeling for analog-digital circuits, and is verihed to be eff cicnt and reliable by the enough examples.
