A Tentative Study on Case-analysing Method in Basic Law Teaching

本文分析了大学《法律基础》教学中普遍采用的灌输式理论教学法的特点及不足 ,结合该课程的性质、目的、对象和条件就案例教学法在该课程教学中的运用进行了初步探讨 ,对《法律基础》案例教学法的特点、步骤、内容及形式等进行了论述。

This paper analyses the characteristics and the shortcomings of the cramming methodology of teaching generally adopted in colleges.By comparison,it offers preliminary study on the case-analysing method,its application and practices,fully considering the nature,the objective,the audience and the conditions of this course.It also discussd the featuras,the teaching process and contents and forms.
