教师是教育的主体 ,本文从教师的学历与个性、主体地位、优化环境三个方面 ,对新形势下如何激发教师的工作积极性 ,发挥他们在育人工作中的主体作用作了初步探索。

Teachers are the mainstays in education.This pa per explores the issues of how to kindle teachers' enthusiasm for working and br ing their initiative into full play in cultivating students from three aspects: their schooling records and personalities,their mainstay roles and perfecting th e environment of running schools.
