摘要
本文提出了一种利用负反馈对放大器实现180°宽带移相的方案.在对这种移相器特性进行了理论分析的基础上,进行了实验论证.结果表明,这种移相器方案不仅在70MHz是可行的,而且也可应用于140MHz或更高的频率范围.
An efficient method for the realization of wideband 180° phase shift by degenerative feedback pair amplifiers is presented. The characteristics of phase shifter is discussed theoretically in detail. The experimental demonstration has been carried out. The obtained results show that this scheme of phase shifter is feasible at the frequencies of 70MHz as well as 140MHz or above.
