With the development of society and education, the connotation of the equality of educational opportunity is constantly enriched and deepened. To some extent the inequality of educational opportunity is still a widespread phenomenon in the present stage of our country, therefore it is essential to take a series of active,and effective corresponding strategy and measures to realize the equality of educational opportunity.
