文化是人类创造力的文明象征 ,东北民族的多元文化培育了多样的民族语言。民族文化是民族语言生成、发展的重要条件。没有语言的永恒交流 ,就不会有民族文化的发展与繁荣。所以 ,民族语言是民族文化传承与发展的重要手段。

Culture is the emblem of civilization of human creative ability.The multiculture of Northeastern minorities has fostered the diverse national languages.National culture is the important requisition of the generation and development of national languages.Without the ever-lasting communication of languages,there will be no development and prosperity of national culture,so national language is the major means for national culture transmission and development.
