作者以雷公藤为主药,配合茺蔚子、菟丝子、旱莲草组成复方(简称雷公藤方),治疗免疫性眼病38例45只眼,有效率98％。治愈率87％。经检测治疗后IgG及Es均降至正常,说明本方是有免疫抑制作用,同时观察到本方可替代激素,且副作用小。
Since 1988, the authors have treated with the recipe consisting mainly of triptergium wilfordii 38 cases of immune eye diseases, 23 males, 15 females, 45 eyes in all. Classification of 38 cases: 15 cases of Iridocyclitis, 6 cases of Uveitis, 1 case of Chorio-retinitis, 4 cases of Behcet syndromce, 2 cases of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome, 2 cases of Scieritis, 5 cases of Retinal vasculitis, 1 case of Interstitial Keratitis, 1 case of Spring catarrh Conjunctivitis, and 1 case of Glaucomatocyclitic Crises.Recipe of Triptergium Wilfordii: Triterguim Wilfordii, Fructus Leonuri, Semen Cuscutae, Herba Ecliptae a Iogqd p. o. Patients with a serious inflammatory disease in the front of the eyes drop cortisone into the eyes and dilate their pupils. They will also take an average of 42 doses. The effective rate reaches 98 percent, while the ourafive rate 87 percent. The side effects are slight and will disappear after withdrawing the medicine.Laboratory examination: After treatment, Immunoglobulins A, M, G and Complements 3,4 are reduced, especially IgG, which is higher than normal before treatment and reduced to normal after that. So is Es in EA-RFC test. Their differences are significant (p<0.05). On the contrary, HDL-c,/HD L_2 and HD L_3 all go up after treatment (p<0.01), hepatic function remaining in good condition with medicine.Most of their eyes are congestive and exudative, pointing to damp heat.
