以醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯、马来酸酐、十八醇、十八胺为主要原料 ,通过聚合、酯化或胺化 ,合成了两种柴油降凝剂 A和 B,测定了它们的降冷滤点效果 ,结果表明 :降凝剂 A的加剂量在 0 .1 %以内 ,就能将 0 #柴油的冷滤点降低约 3℃ ;T1 80 5与降凝剂 B以 4∶ 1 (质量比 )复配 ,加剂量为 0 .6%时 ,能将 0 #柴油的冷滤点降低 1
Through copolymerization of vinyl acetate, styrene and maleicanhydride, and successive esterification or amination of the copolymers,cold flow improvers A and B for diesel fuel were synthesised. Cold filter plugging points (CFPP) of a 0 # diesel fuel with the above additives were measured. With 0.1% (wt. of active ingredient) of additive A at ambient temperature, CFPP of the 0 # diesel fuel was lowered by 3 ℃. When a composite of T1805∶additive B=4∶1 (weight ratio) was added 0.6% (wt. of active ingrediant) in the 0 # diesel fuel CFPP was lowered by 13 ℃.
