摘要
对南充地区曲酒厂酿酒废料进行了化学分析 ,发现酒糟本身具有一定的缓凝效果 ;在 70℃时 ,以淀粉∶H2 SO4∶ HNO3(质量比 ) =1∶ 2∶ 1 .4的比例对酒糟进行水解、氧化、提纯等化学改性 ,得到产品 PN 1 ,它具有良好的缓凝效果 ,对 G级水泥 ,在 85℃、加量 0 .1 3%时凝结时间大于 8h,稠化时间可达 2 88min。加量范围为 0 .0 8%~ 0 .1 7%。而且 PN 1水泥浆的流变性比净浆好 。
Waste products from Nanchong Winery were tested as retarder for oilwell cementing, it was found that the lees had some retardatory effects. Thus the lees were modified at 70 ℃ by hydrolyzing 4 hours, oxidizing 3 hours and then purifying [Starch∶H 2SO 4∶HNO 3=1∶2∶1.4 (wt)]. The obtained product PN1 was added 0.13% (wt) into G class cement, the setting time exceeded 8 hours and the thickening time attained to 288 minutes at 85 ℃. The adding range of PN1 into cement is 0.08%~ 0.17% (by weight). Furthermore, the PN1 cement slurry has better rheological behavior than clean cement slurry and tends to Newtonian fluid.
