研究了以 γ Al2 O3为载体的固体碱催化剂对甲醇与碳酸亚丙酯酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯反应的活性。考察了反应条件的影响。结果表明 ,KF/ γ Al2 O3在 4种钾化合物中表现出较高活性 ,但碳酸亚丙酯转化率仅为4 0 %。以 KF/ γ Al2 O3为催化剂时的最佳反应条件为 :负载量 0 .2 g/ g,温度 4 1 3K,催化剂用量 4 % (对反应混合物的质量分数 ) ,原料醇 /酯 (摩尔比 )为 5∶
The activity of potassium compounds supported on γ Al 2O 3 catalysts for synthesis of dimethyl carbonate by transesterification between methanol and propylene carbonate (PC) has been investigated. The synthetic conditions were also discussed. KF/ γ Al 2O 3 showed the highest activity among 4 kinds of K compounds, but the conversion of PC was only 40%. The optimum reaction conditions upon KF/ γ Al 2O 3 are: loading amount 0.2 g/g, reaction temperature 413 K, catalyst concerntration 4% (by wt.), and molar ratio (MeOH/PC) 5∶1.
