异丙醇氨化合成异丙胺新工艺的工业应用 被引量:2

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF A NEW PROCESS FOR SYNTHESIZING ISOPROPYL AMINE BY AMINATION OF ISOPROPANOL

摘要 采用石油化工科学研究院研究开发的以铜、镍为活性组元的催化剂 ,在实验室进行了异丙醇氨化合成异丙胺工艺条件的考察和优化 ,并在吴江科达石油化工厂改建的 5 0 0t/a工业装置上进行了工业应用。工业运转结果表明 ,该工艺具有操作条件缓和、产品选择性好、物耗低、催化剂寿命长等特点 ,在压力 1.8MPa、温度 170~ 2 15℃、氨醇摩尔比 5~ 7、异丙醇空速不大于 0 .7h-1的条件下 ,异丙胺摩尔选择性不小于 97% ,异丙醇单耗不大于 1.0 6t/t,液氨单耗不大于 0 .31t/t,催化剂寿命可达 5个月以上 ,产品纯度 98%~ 99.5 %。 The operating conditions of the process for synthesizing isopropyl amine by amination of isopropanol over a catalyst consisted of active components, copper, zinc and nickel, developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing were investigated and optimized in the laboratory. The process was applied on a revamped unit with an isopropyl amine annual capacity of 500t in Wujiang Keda Petrochemical Works. The commercial results showed that the process exhibited the advantages of mild operating conditions, good product selectivity, low consumption of raw material, and long catalyst life as well. At a pressure of 1.8MPa, a temperature of 170-215℃, a NH 3/isopropanol mole ratio of 5-7, and a liquid space velocity of 0.7h 1 , the mole selectivity of isopropyl amine was more than 97%; and the consumption of isopropanol and ammonia was less than 1.06t/t and less than 0.31t/t respectively. The life of the catalyst was longer than 5 months, and the product purity was in the range of 98%-99.5%.
