摘要
上海石油化工股份有限公司新近投产的 1.0Mt/a延迟焦化装置在焦化加热炉、焦炭塔、主要换热流程、焦炭塔的预热等方面均进行了改进 ,各项技术经济指标均高于国内同类装置。
Delayed coker is one of the key means in processing of heavy oil, which has the advantages of mature process technology, simple process flow, low investment and low operation cost. Domestic delayed coking technology has still certain gap in comparison with the advanced world technology. Improvements were made on the furnace, coke tower and its preheating, and heat exchanging system of a delayed coker having an annual capacity of 1000kt in shanghai Petrochemical Company. The technical and economic indices of the unit after improvement were higher and the comprehensive energy consumption was lower than those of similar domestic units.
