摘要
针对茂名石油化工公司炼油厂 80 0kt/a重油催化裂化装置 (第二套 )原料油钒含量高 ,催化剂污染严重的情况 ,采用了石油化工科学研究院开发的LV 2 3抗钒催化剂逐步取代原用催化剂 ,当LV 2 3催化剂占系统藏量 5 3%左右时进行了标定。标定结果表明 ,LV 2 3催化剂具有重油转化能力强 ,产品选择性好 ,轻质油和总液体收率高 ,抗钒污染能力显著等特点 ,完全能满足生产要求。
The original used catalyst was seriously contaminated caused by the quite high vanadium content in the feedstock of the 800kt/a heavy oil FCCU at Maoming Petrochemical Company. A vanadium-tolerance LV 23 catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was selected to replace the original catalyst. The test run was carried out at a LV 23 catalyst content about 53% of the inventory. The test run result showed that LV 23 catalyst had the advantages of high bottoms cracking ability, good product selectivity, and high light oil and liquid product yields as well as vanadium-tolerance ability, which fulfilled the requirement of production.
