摘要
根据催化裂化装置再生系统设备应力腐蚀开裂产生的原因及性质 ,结合设备发生裂纹的工况条件及影响因素 ,从工艺及设备等方面进行分析 。
According to the causes and the property of the stress corrosion fracture happened on the internal wall of FCC regenerator, associated with the fracture occurring operation conditions and related factors, analysis was carried out from the aspects of process and equipment. Technical measures for retarding the stress corrosion fracture are proposed.
