摘要
研究了以邻氯苯酚为主要原料生产 2 ,6二氯苯酚的合成工艺。适宜的工艺条件为 :以四氯乙烯为溶剂 ,邻氯苯酚 /氯气 /二异丙胺 (物质的量比 ) =1 .0∶ 1 .2∶ 0 .0 0 3 ,通氯时间为 3 h,反应温度为 1 1 0℃ ,产品 (以邻氯苯酚计 )收率为 77.1 %
Dichlorophenol was synthesized from o chlorophenol and chlorine and di iso [LJ1,2,S,S(2,4,6)][JJ2,ZX;3,ZS;5] O [ZJZS,1*7/9] O [ZJZX,1*7/9] NH 2 Ⅰ NaNO 2H 2SO 4[LJ1,2,S,S(2,4,6)][JJ2,ZX;3,ZS;5] O [ZJZS,1*7/9] O [ZJZX,1*7/9] N N SO 4H Ⅱ CuSO 4[LJ1,2,S,S(2,4,6)][JJ2,ZX;3,ZS;5] O [ZJZS,1*7/9] O [ZJZX,1*7/9] OH Ⅲ propylamine in the solvent tetrachloroethylene. The optimum conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of o chlorophenol to chlorine to diisopropylamine=1.0∶1.2∶0.003, a reaction time of 3 h, a reaction temperature of 110 ℃. The yield of the product is 77.1% and the purity is over 98%.
