摘要
在高压反应釜中对甲醇羰基化合成甲酸甲酯进行了研究。结果表明 ,在一氧化碳体积分数为 99.9% ;甲醇质量分数为 99.5% ,压力为 3 .8MPa时 ,催化剂甲醇钠浓度以 0 .4 mol/L,温度 80℃为佳 ,此时采用浓度为2 mol/L的不同助剂 (吡啶、DMF、二甲基亚砜 )可使甲酸甲酯的时空收率达 2 84 g/(L· h)以上 ,比不加助剂时分别增至 1 .2 6~ 1 .1
In a highpressure reactor, the synthesis of methyl formate from methanol by carbonylation was researched, the experimental results showed that when the CO pressure was 3.8 MPa and the methanol concentration was 99.5%, the best MeONa concentration was 0.4 mol/L, the best temperature was 80 ℃, and by using 2 mol/L different catalyst promoters, the spacetime yield (STY) of metyl formate is more than 284 g/(L·h), which is 1.13~1.26 times as high as no catalyst promoter.
