曼尼希碱的缓蚀行为和缓蚀机理 被引量:55

摘要 以酮类、甲醛和有机胺为原料合成了曼尼希碱 ,用失重法评价了产物在 1 5%盐酸中对 A3钢片的缓蚀性能。研究表明 ,曼尼希碱与铁原子 (离子 )络合吸附成膜 ,通过覆盖效应起到缓蚀作用。在介质温度为 90℃ ,腐蚀时间 4 h,缓蚀剂加量 1 %的腐蚀试验中 ,用苯乙酮合成产物的缓蚀效果优于用丙酮合成的产物 ,以环己胺、苄胺和乙二胺与苯乙酮合成产物的缓蚀效果最佳 ,腐蚀速度小于 3 .0 g/m2 · A series of Mannich base were synthesized from formaldehyde, acetone or acetophenone and amine. Inhibitory property of the products in 15% HCL acid for carbon steel A3 were evaluated by weight loss test. The experimental results showed that the Mannich bases can form a film upon Fe (Fe 2+ ) through chelation and adsorption, the inhibitory effect is achieved by the covering effect of the film. In corrosion tests, the media temperature is 90 ℃, corrosion time 4 h, the addition of inhibitor 1%, the synthesized products of acetophenone have better inhibitory effect than those of acetone, the best inhibitory effect is achieved by the products of acetophenone with ethylenediamine, cyclohexamine or benzylamine, the corrosion rate is less than 3.0 g/(m 2·h). When the propynyl alcohol or surfactant OP10 were added, the former has good cooperative effects and the latter has same negative effects.
