催化裂化汽油改质的研究与探讨 被引量:8

摘要 我国车用汽油的组成中烯烃含量较高的催化裂化汽油占 75 %以上。对催化裂化汽油进行改质是解决催化裂化汽油自身的问题以提高车用汽油质量的有效措施。通过催化裂化分馏塔侧线将约 10 %的重质汽油作为柴油组分 ,不仅可减少催化裂化汽油的产量 ,还可以增产柴油 ,提高柴汽比。约占 5 0 %的轻质催化裂化汽油可进行深度醚化 ,醚化汽油中的烯烃含量降低 8%~ 10 % ,MON约增加 2个单位 ,氧含量增加 1.2 %~ 1.4%。中质催化裂化汽油馏分的芳潜较高 。 Domestic gasoline consists of more than 75% high olefin contained FCC naphtha. Upgrading FCC naphtha will be an effective method for increasing the quality of the gasoline pool. The research showed that about 10% heaviest fraction of the FCC naphtha could be blended to LCO for hydrotreating and increased the diesel/gasoline ratio. The light fraction, about 50% of FCC naphtha could be processed by deep etherification, resulted in olefin content of the etherified naphtha decreased by 8%-10%, and its MON and oxygen content increased by 2 units and 1.2 %-1.4% respectively. The middle fraction was rich in aromatics potential content, which could be used as catalytic reforming feedstock.
