摘要
在实验室考察了复合使用不同供氢剂与不同的分散型催化剂对劣质减压渣油加氢裂化的协同作用 ,以改善渣油的深度加工。试验结果表明 ,与相同的油溶性分散型催化剂复合使用不同的供氢剂 ,供氢剂的供氢活性较高 ,在高转化率下 ,对渣油缩合反应的抑制作用较大 ,在相同供氢剂下复合使用的分散型催化剂加氢活性越高 ,对渣油的缩合反应有更大的抑制作用。添加供氢剂前身物也可以起到与供氢剂类似或相同的作用 ,说明掺炼这两类物质是劣质渣油深度加工的有效方法。
The synergism between oil soluble dispersed catalyst and hydrogen donor in hydrocracking processing inferior residue was studied in the laboratory. It was shown that with the same hydrogenation catalyst, the more the active hydrogen donor, the stronger the synergism of inhibition effect on coking. Similarly, the effect was also observed using the same donor with different hydrogenation catalysts. On the other hand, the synergism can also be observed between the precursor of donor in hydrocracking of residue.
