摘要
为改善Omega沸石热及水热稳定性的缺陷 ,以水热焙烧结合化学脱铝的方法对Omega沸石进行了脱铝改性 ,并考察了改性沸石的结构稳定性及裂化性能。结果表明 ,改性处理后 ,脱铝Omega沸石的结构水热稳定性提高 ,80 0℃水热处理 4h ,结晶保留度可从 38%提高到 6 0 % ;结构富含中孔 ;中强酸所占比例增加 ;对重油的转化能力增加。
Omega zeolite was dealuminated by hydrothermal and chemical methods to increase its structure stability for improving the defects of its thermal and hydrothermal stabilities. The structural stability and cracking performance of the modified zeolite were investigated. It was found that the structural hydrothermal stability was improved after the zeolite being treated under 800 ℃/4 h hydrothermal condition, its crystallinity retention was increased from 38% to 60%. The modified Omega zeolite possessed abundant mesopores, more medium strong acid and higher heavy oil conversion.
