聚乙烯醇存在下交联蒙托土的制备与催化性能研究 被引量:1

PREPARATION AND CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF PILLARED MONTMORILLONITE IN THE PRESENCE OF POLYVINYL ALCOHOL

摘要 在聚乙烯醇 (PVA)存在下制备了Al、Si Al、B Al交联蒙托土。采用冷冻干燥法制备PVA Al13 、交联剂Al13 红外试样 ,用FT IR研究了PVA与交联剂Al13 的相互作用 ;考察了原料的添加顺序、PVA的水解度、用量、相对分子质量、交联温度对交联蒙托土层间距d0 0 1的影响 ,以及PVA增大交联蒙托土层间距的作用机理。试验结果表明 ,原料的添加顺序对交联蒙托土层间距d0 0 1有较大的影响 ;交联蒙托土的层间距随PVA用量的提高及水解度的增大而增大 ;PVA的相对分子质量对交联蒙托土层间距d0 0 1的影响不大 ;PVA增大交联蒙托土层间距的作用是PVA先进入蒙托土层间起支撑作用 ,再与进入层间的羟基铝发生作用 ,而不是先与羟基铝作用再进入层间。还考察了交联蒙托土对十氢萘的催化性能受PVA用量、交联剂种类的影响。 The Montmorillonites cross linked with Al, Si Al and B Al were prepared in the presence of aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). PVA Al 13 and the IR samples of the cross linking agent Al 13 were prepared by ice dry method. The interaction between PVA and the cross linking agent Al 13 was investigated by FT IR. The experimental result showed that the adding order of the raw materials greatly affected the basal spacing ( d 001 ), the basal spacing was enlarged with the increase of PVA amount and its hydrolysis degree, but the molecular weight of PVA only had small effect on the basal spacing. The enlarged function on basal spacing was attributed to the support action of PVA accessing the layers, and succeeded with the reaction of hydroxyl-aluminum. The catalytic performance of decalin over the cross linked montmorillonite was also studied.
