由蜡膏及蜡下油研制很高及超高粘度指数的润滑油基础油

PREPARATION OF LUBE BASE OILS WITH VERY-HIGH AND ULTRA-HIGH VISCOSITY INDEXES FROM WAX AND FOOTS OIL

蜡膏和蜡下油是溶剂脱蜡工艺生产润滑油基础油的副产物 ,一般只用作催化裂化原料。石油化工科学研究院的中型试验结果表明 ,蜡膏和蜡下油通过加氢处理 ,在氢分压 10～ 15MPa ,反应温度 35 0～ 40 0℃及体积空速为 0 .5～ 1.0的操作条件下 ,可以研制出符合APIⅢ类标准的很高及超高粘度指数 (VHVI及UHVI)的润滑油基础油。

The by products, wax and foots oil, in lube base oil production by solvent dewaxing were normally used as catalytic cracking feedstock. Hydrotreating of wax and foots oil was conducted on the pilot plant of Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. Under the operating condition of a hydrogen partial pressure of 10-15 MPa, a reaction temperature of 350-400 ℃ and a space velocity of 0.5-1.0, very high viscosity index (VHVI) and ultra high viscosity index (UHVI) lube base oils met API III standard could be prepared.
