The paper describes the countermeasures for the ExxonMobil Company to handle and cope with the criteria of environmental protection made by European American countries,to improve their product quality, and analyses some of its measures to reduce cost.Further more,the paper also comes up with some suggestions for upgrading its products so as to meet the requirement of environmental protection as well as its corresponding investment strategies.
