单层原油配比实验图版及其在混采井中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 传统的指纹法以指纹比值为参数 ,需要大量配比试验 ,原油气相色谱绝对定量法以指纹绝对浓度作参数 ,既可节省工作量 ,又可提高分析精度。可用于测定混采井产液剖面的气相色谱指纹法近年快速发展。具体方法是 :将单层原油和混采井原油气相色谱谱图上的峰编号 ;计算单层原油中各指纹化合物的绝对浓度 ,选择绝对浓度相差较大的指纹作为参数 ;将单层原油以不同质量配比混合 ,计算各指纹化合物的绝对浓度 ;根据配比比例及各指纹参数的绝对浓度 ,建立极坐标形式图版。建立了长庆油田延安采油厂侯市区块的标准指纹图版 ,并进行了实际配比验证。使用此图版得到的该区块 3口混采井的拟合计算结果 ,与用偏最小二乘法计算的结果非常接近 ,证明了方法的可行性。色谱指纹法在油田未被普遍应用 ,认为一是地质因素的原因 ,二是技术原因。讨论了地质因素原因的一些解决方法。图2表 3参 It is found that, at different single layers, oils own different gas chroma tographic fingerprints characters, which leads to the rapid development of the g as chromatographic fingerprinting analyzing technology for commingled oils. Trad itional fingerprinting technique needs a great deal of proportioning experimenta tions, for it takes fingerprinting ratios as parameters. The authors apply a qua ntitative method using fingerprintings′ absolute concentrations as parameters, w hich is laborsaving and improves the analysis precision. The approach is as foll owing:First, number the fingerprintings of the single layer oils and commingled well oils, then, calculate the absolute concentrations of the fingerprintings i n the single layer oils and in mixed oils made of single layer oils and finally, based on the proportioning ration and corresponding absolute concentrations of the fingerprintings, build up the polar coordinates plate. As a practice to Hous hi section of Changqing oil field, the plate is established, validated and used to analyze three oil wells in this section. The obtained result is extremely sim ilar with that calculated by traditional fingerprinting technique. It is analyze d why this technique couldn't be popularized in oil field, and some advices are given.
