摘要
全平衡带式长冲程抽油机采用配重平衡时 ,安装和调整麻烦 ,出现意外事故后 ,使系统恢复正常工作困难 ,而且配重与抽油杆柱的联接一旦被拉断极易造成设备及人身伤亡事故。为此 ,提出一种用动能平衡装置的新方案 ,该方案中 ,抽油杆柱在下冲程中释放出的重力势能转变成飞轮的转动动能 ,上冲程时飞轮帮助电动机做功 ,从而减少电动机的额定输出功率。动能平衡装置克服了配重平衡的不足 ,安装、调整和维修方便 ,安全性好 ,亦可用于链式。
Counterbalance is often used for balancing the gravity of sucker rod string when full-balanced belt pumpingunit is adopted for oil recovery,Because of its inconvenience and unsafety,a new scheme of using kinetic energyequilibrator is proposed.In the scheme,the potential energy released by sucker rod is changed into rotational kinetic energy in the downstroke,and the flywheel helps the electric motor applying work in the upstroke to reduce the rated power output of the motor.The kinetic energy equilibrator overcomes the shortcomings of the counterbalance,and it can also be used for the balance of chain pumping units and low profile ong stroke pumping units and ultra-long stroke pumping units.
