镇海炼化公司在加工高硫原油时 ,工艺设备和管道腐蚀严重。为此 ,进行了综合治理 ,收到较好效果 :除做好“一脱三注”和采取原油混炼措施外 ,还在设备选材和材料表面处理方面采取了不少措施 ,如换热器管束化学镀 Ni-P;用 ND钢 (0 9Cr Cu Sb)制做空气预热器 ;用 0 8Cr2 Al Mo钢管制做抗 H2 S-H2 O和H2 S-HCN-H2 O腐蚀的换热器管束 ;用双相不锈钢制做换热器管束 ,以抗 Cl-应力腐蚀以及复合钢板在腐蚀较严重的设备上的应用。另外 。

The process equipment an d pipelines of Zhenhai refined and chemi cal company suffered from serious corros ion in refining high sulfureous crude.So that,it should be tackled in a comprehe nsive way,and a fairly good effictivenes s is obtained.Besides doing a good job o f 'one removal three injection' and adop ting measure of crude mixed refining,som e measure of equipment material selectio n and surface treating of material are a dopted.that are:heat exchanger bundle is adopted Ni-P chemcial plating;Air coole r bundle is made from ND steel(09CrCuSb) ;Heat exchanger bundle is made from 08Cr 2AlMo steel to protect against the corro sion of H 2S-H 2O and H 2S-HCN-H 2O;Heat exchanger bundle is made from diphase s tainless steel to protect against Cl- st eel corrosion;The clad steel plate is ap plied on the serions corrosion equipment .In addition,on the external surfaces of equipment and pipeline are painted with corrosion-proof coating.
