摘要
对合成氨 J70 1气压机轴振动大的现象进行诊断 ,诊断结果为转子动不平衡和联轴节对中不好。在气压机检修中 ,采取了一系列措施 。
The appearance of seriou s shaft vibration for srnthetic ammonis J 701 air compressor is diagnosed.The di agnosis resuets are the rotor dynamic un balance and the coupling disalignment.In the air compressor maintenance,a series of measures are adopted,therefore the v ibration problem caused by rotor dynamic unblance and coupling diralignment is e liminated.
