摘要
JG-1 0 0 -3型高压加热器在使用中出现泄漏问题 ,但由于其结构所限 ,给检查和维修带来了困难。经传热计算 ,将原 U型管式换热芯改为盘香管式 ,大大提高了加热器的稳定性 ,保证了机组的安全运行。
The leakage problem of J G-100-3 type high pressure heater appear ed during operation.Owing to the limitat ion of structure,the difficulties of ins pection and maintenance are brought.By m e ans of heat transfer calculation,the U s hape core of heat exchanger is substitud ed by coil type.The stability of heater is greatly increased.The safe operation of machine set is secured.
