二元复合驱注采系统的腐蚀性研究

摘要 针对二元复合驱现场实际,通过静态挂片失重试验、动态滚轮失重试验、电化学极化测试技术、微观分析技术,对碳钢、不锈钢在碱+聚合物二元复合驱介质中的腐蚀速率、腐蚀电化学行为及腐蚀机理进行了研究。得出结论:不锈钢在碱、聚合物单一介质及碱+聚合物二元复合驱介质中其腐蚀形态为典型的点蚀。如果注采系统使用碳钢,应采用涂层保护。室内试验结果表明环氧类涂料不但具有良好的物理机械性能,而且具有很强的抗二元复合驱介质侵蚀的能力。 sFacing the binary complex drive site performance, through static coupon weight loss test, dynamic roller weight loss test,electro-chemical polarization test, microscopic analysis technology,studied the corrosion rate, electro-chemical corrosion performance and corrosion mechanism of the carbon and stainless steel inalkali+polymer binary complex drive medium. The conclusion is: in the alkali, polymer simple medium and in alkali+polymer binarycomplex drive medium the corrosion of stainless steel is typical spot corrosion. If the carbon steel is used in injection-recovery system, then the protection coating must be applied. The result of in-house test indicates that the epoxy paint has not only good physic mechanical property, but also strong corrosion resistance against binary complex 4
