摘要
聚合物驱三次采油是国内各油田目前提高采收率的重要手段之一。目前聚合物驱工程综合经济效益较低,具体体现在地面配注系统工艺复杂、用泵量多而导致工程投资较大。“九五”期间,河南油田设计院开展了聚合物驱配注工艺技术优化研究,研究成果有一泵对多站聚合物母液转输工艺、一泵对多井聚合物溶液注入工艺、注聚工艺方案优化研究、注聚泵供液方式优选等。对聚合物驱地面配注工艺技术的优化,可大大简化工艺流程,节省工程用泵量,并使工程投资及运行维护费用得以相应降低。
Polymerflooding is one of the main methods to en-hance oil recovery at present in China.Its disadvantages are complex surface injection allocation process,large amount of pumps and engineering investment needed.Henan oilfield has optimized polymer injection allocation technology during the″ninth five year plan″and the achievements include:one pump versus multi-station trans-portation technology of polymer mother liquid,one pump versus multiwell polymer solution injection technology,op-timization of polymer injection technical program and se-lection of liquid servicing ways of polymer injection pumps.Optimization of polymerflooding surface injection al-location technology can largely simplify process flow,save pump duty and lower cost.
