Encountering Dilemma in Evaluation of Qualities Education

摘要 为促进"由应试教育向素质教育转轨",人们从一开始就把评价作为素质教育理论研究和实践探索的一个重要组成部分,并对其功能作用寄予很大的希望.然而,当人们还在对什么是素质教育争论不休的时候,就要作出这样或那样的价值判断,这不免或多或少会陷入一定的误区.作为一项探索性的实践,这些误区是可以接受的,但要保证素质教育全面实施和健康发展,有必要总结经验教训,理智地跨越这些误区.
