萘甲异喹对小鼠及大鼠耐缺氧能力的影响

摘要 采用常压缺氧和低压缺氧法,研究动物在用药后的耐缺氧能力。结果表明:给萘甲异喹后,小鼠及大鼠在缺氧情况下的存活时间显著延长;并使小鼠耗氧速度减慢;其死亡时余氧量减少。提示萘甲异喹可能是通过提高动物在低氧状态下对氧的利用而发挥抗缺氧作用的。 The study was undertaken to investigate the nature of naphthylmethyl isoquinoline(NI)on hypoxie tolerenee in animals under hypobaric or normo- baric hyposia.The results showed that NI significantly prolonged the survival time of the mice and rats utlder hypoxia,slowed the speed of oxygen consum- ption,elevated the survival rate and lowered the amount of residual oxygen at death of mice under normobaric hypoxia.These observations indicate that NI which antagonized hypoxia was due to elevating utilization of oxygen by the animals underhypoxia.
