通过介绍国内外知名高校图书馆读者工作的特点 ,分析了当前普通高校读者工作的现状 ,并提出了改进读者工作的具体建议。

Through introducing the features of the service for readers in famous universities' libraries at home and abroad, this paper analyses on the reality of the service for readers in common universities at present, and puts forward some concrete suggestions about improving the service for readers.
